Choice of Law and Forum:
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these TOS shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Florida, and you hereby submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any rights to a trial by jury. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of the Website and/or its services must be filed within two (2) years from the date it arose, or from the time it could have been reasonably discovered, or it shall be forever barred.
