This subscription is not a condition of the use of the InBudget.ai service. The Subscription Service is available on most carriers, including U.S. Cellular, AT&T, Cellular One, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Alltel Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. Message & Data Rates May Apply. Up to 4 msgs per month. Requires a text-enabled handset. You may cancel your subscription by texting STOP. You can also get info directly on your phone by texting HELP or contacting us at [email protected]. Service will continue until the customer cancels. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

USER OPT-IN

Mobile Alerts: Users can choose to receive mobile alerts by filling out the web form at www.InBudget.ai/signup. By opting in, you consent to receive notifications from InBudget.ai regarding account updates, changes, and appointment reminders through mobile alerts. Please note that our communications do not utilize an automatic telephone dialing system to generate, store, or deliver text messages. Consent to receive mobile alerts is not a requirement for purchasing goods or services.

USER OPT-OUT:

To discontinue the service and opt out, simply text “STOP” to “CODE” from your mobile device. You will stop receiving messages. Alternatively, you can opt out by texting “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “STOP ALL” in response to any message you receive or directly to the code or phone number “CODE.”

WARRANTY:

InBudget.ai is not responsible for any delays in receiving SMS messages related to this program, as message delivery depends on the successful transmission from your wireless provider.

Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering your text messages. We may disclose your information if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in the Commonwealth of Florida, in accordance with the JAMS arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision will be final and binding. The interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

MISCELLANEOUS:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InBudget.ai regarding your use of our services. Any updates or changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms.
